Processing times, coverage, and rates
We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

These are estimated times. They may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processes.
For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
When your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow it.
Taxes, duties, and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Avela does not collect these and cannot calculate them in advance, as they vary by country.
Please confirm that your address is complete and correct before paying. For your security, we cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will notify you via a physical note at your door, email, or SMS, with instructions to schedule a new delivery or pick up your package. Generally, up to 3 delivery attempts are made. If unsuccessful, the package will remain at a carrier service point or be returned to Avela. If the package is returned to Avela, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
All orders undergo payment and security verification before dispatch. If information is missing or data is incorrect, shipping may be delayed.
Once handed over to the carrier (Servientrega, DHL Express, or FedEx), the package becomes their responsibility. Avela is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, claims must be managed directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
