EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

01 TIMEFRAME

You have 15 days from the time you receive your order to request an exchange.

02 SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY

We do not offer refunds. You may only exchange your garment for another size of the same style, subject to availability.

03 IF YOUR SIZE IS UNAVAILABLE

If the size you need is not available, you may choose another garment of the same or higher value. If you choose one of higher value, you pay the difference. Under no circumstances are refunds provided.

04 CONDITIONS

Due to the nature of swimwear, and for your safety and hygiene:

• The garment must be unworn, with its tags, with the hygiene liner intact, and in its original packaging.
• We recommend trying on the bottom over your own underwear.

05 NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

• Items purchased on sale, promotion, or at a discount.
• Items purchased on clearance.
• Products marked as "final sale" in the store.

06 HOW TO REQUEST

1. Write to us via WhatsApp at +57 315 702 3254 or at avelaswim@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
2. We will provide you with the address to return the garment.
3. Send it via a courier that provides a tracking number. Avela is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipment.
4. Once we receive it, we will inspect it and process your exchange within up to 15 business days, both in Colombia and internationally.

07 SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of the exchange (round trip) is the responsibility of the customer.

08 DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, write to us within 15 days with photos and your order number. If we confirm the defect, Avela will cover the shipping costs and we will exchange the item for you.
