02 ACCEPTANCE AND AGE

By browsing or purchasing on avelaswim.com, you agree to these terms. To make a purchase, you must be over 18 years of age or have the authorization of your father, mother, or guardian.

03 PRODUCTS

Our garments are handmade and may have slight variations. Colors may appear different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability. Consult the Size Guide before purchasing.

04 PRICES AND ERRORS

Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT. If there is an error in a price, description, or promotion, we may correct it. If your order has already been placed with the error, we will notify you and you may pay the correct value or cancel it for a full refund of your money.

05 SECURE PAYMENTS

We accept Mercado Pago and PayPal. Your card details are processed directly by these platforms; Avela does not see or store them. If we cannot verify a payment, the order may be suspended until confirmed.

06 ORDERS

We may reject or cancel orders with signs of fraud or purchases for resale (wholesale purchases can be made by writing to avelaswim@gmail.com). An order can only be canceled before it is shipped; in that case, we will refund the amount paid.

07 SHIPPING

See Shipping and Delivery. If your order is sent in more than one package, there is no additional cost. Before purchasing from abroad, check your country's import regulations; Avela is not responsible if customs holds the package.

09 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods for personal use. As they are swimsuits, our garments are for personal use and do not allow for withdrawal or money refunds. Only the exchanges described in Exchanges and Returns apply.

10 WARRANTY

We are responsible for manufacturing defects in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, following the "Defective Garment" process in Exchanges and Returns. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by chlorine, sunscreen, tumble dryers, improper washing, or misuse of the garment.

11 PAYMENT REVERSAL

If you paid with an electronic method and were a victim of fraud, the purchase was not requested by you, you did not receive the product, or it does not correspond to what was purchased or is defective, you may request a payment reversal according to Article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011. Write to us and also notify your bank or issuer.

12 CLUB AVELA AND PROMOTIONS

• The 20% welcome discount for Club Avela is valid on your next purchase for 30 days.
• Discounts are not cumulative or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.
• Garments purchased on promotion cannot be exchanged.
• Avela may modify or end a promotion at any time, respecting orders already placed.

13 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The designs, photographs, texts, logo, and Avela Swim brand are the property of Avela. They may not be copied or used without written authorization.

14 PERSONAL DATA

We process your data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, only to process your orders, send you information about Avela and Club Avela (if you authorize it), and improve your experience. You can access, update, correct, or request the deletion of your data by writing to avelaswim@gmail.com.

15 FORCE MAJEURE

Avela is not responsible for delays or non-compliance caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government decisions, strikes, or supplier failures. In such cases, we will inform you and agree on a new date, or you may cancel your order.

16 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. Changes apply to future purchases; the current version is the one published on the site.

17 INDEPENDENT CLAUSES AND APPLICABLE LAW

If any clause is deemed invalid, the others remain in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
